My ever-dearest friend,Helen. You are such a wonderful person with a big heart. Your love and friendship will always be cherish. I am sadden of your loss and my heart was broken. I will forever keep our good friendship in my heart. Til we meet again my friend.

Well Helen what can I say you came back into my life when we retired from nursing and my what fun we had always in trouble causing mayhem at the nursing fellowship meetings and the charity shop. I can see you now your car bursting at the seams with black bin bags donations for the shop “it’s gift aided” this little voice would shout and you were sat in the midst of it all . What a wonderful, caring, friend you were Helen you would do anything to help anyone. So very proud of your family and all they have achieved and your grandchildren bought you so much joy the boys with the football , Arthur with his tractors and little Florence I recall Helen taking Florence for some new shoes “what size Florence “ “ we’ll grandma the size my feet are would be right “ well we laughed God bless and thank you Helen for your precious friendship and lovely memories

Dear Helen it’s sad as look back over the years I have known you, that I probably didn’t tell you what a good friend you were. How much you aspired to care for the patients in your care. The empathy that you personally had for their relatives. Your enthusiasm in whatever project or association you joined. Your personality was such that people warmed to you and enjoyed being with you. Your friends at the hospice shop where you volunteered will miss you too. I am sad that you have passed away to soon. I know I am only one of so very many people who have had the pleasure to call you a friend a colleague caring nurse. X

RIP Helen. You made a huge impact on a lot of lives. Once met never forgotten. Thank you for all your support over the years especially on Luke ward when I was a student nurse. Thinking of your family xxx
